I am a former Neuroscience researcher, turned Data Scientist. I mainly write about data science as applied in the biotech and pharma industry, but it will also contain a wild mix of personal projects, deep dives into algorithms or tools and how to use agile techniques to improve your daily life. About me
I have always loved the combination of modern quantitative methods and modelling to life sciences, starting from an interdisciplinary B.Sc. to my Ph.D, where I worked at the intersection of neuroscience and super-resolution imaging. Currently I work as a data scientist at Miltenyi Biotec, where I help to improve patients life by finding innovative methods to analyze data from clinical trials.
